To Members of the Bozeman City Commission:
We are adding our voices to those who have pleaded for the substantial adjustments to the proposed huge apartment
block at Black and Olive. The current proposal is definitely out of scale with the surrounding historic
neighborhood. The height is also intrusive to other houses nearby for sunlight and privacy. Infill development
should respect the current neighborhoods and historical nature of the area.
In addition to the above concerns, based on our experience during our past 36 years of experiencing growth here in
Bozeman, we are certain the parking provided is vastly inadequate.
Please follow Montana law, city policies, and the long term plan to respond to community concerns and input.
