Dear Sirs,
My name is Leonard Ramsey. I grew up in Missoula, and have been a Family Physician in Bozeman
since 1984. I still practice at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital Complex and live just outside the city.
My wife and I have known Matt and MeeHee Kirby for more than 5 years. They are exemplary citizens,
honest and hard working, and have a wonderful impact on the students at MSU. I understand they are
attempting to purchase a home in Baxter Meadows with another family, and need a CUP for Cooperative
Housing to live there with this family.
We strongly support this CUP. Kirby's have taken very good care of their current home, and we believe
they will do likewise with this property. They will be great neighbors, the plan will create affordable
housing for the two couples, and it would benefit Bozeman to have these fine folks move into Baxter
Meadows.
We ask that you act favorably on the requested Conditional Use Permit.
