To the City Commission,
I have known Matt and MeeHee Kirby for many years. I am not sure you can find two nicer and
more honest people on the planet. They have been active at the university level in working with
students for a number of years and have been a huge blessing to those they come in contact with. I
do not know the Radoslovich’s well enough but am comfortable saying that if they are friends of the
Kirby’s all these years than they are probably pretty good people.
I would highly encourage the City Commission to approve their request. At a time when housing in
Bozeman is so difficult to obtain because of lack of supply and because of the ridiculously high cost
of it this is a solution that will provide for them to have housing and to do it in such a manner as to
be cost effective. These are good people who are valuable to the community and need some help in
this matter. The neighbors would see almost no additional adverse effects from the approval of this
request. The City needs to find inventive ways to address the housing issues of so many folks in our
community and this can at least make a difference for these two families.
