Unfortunately, I will not be able to make tonight's Commission Meeting but, I did want to forward this comment
about the Black-Olive project.
Yes, it may be true that the project falls within the scope of zoning and the infill desires of the city I believe that the
commission misses a larger issue.
Judging from the outpouring of public comment against this project I believe that the issue is more that the
ordinences are off point.
It is my desire that the commission does not approve this project and reviews the ordinances . Please listen to your constituents and not the voices of the developers that appear to be the only ones in favor of
approval.
