I am writing in support of the Bozeman Commission. I appreciate your efforts to try to
maintain quality growth in Bozeman, and to balance between how things were and how things
will be as more and more population pour into town. As more than a 30 year residence with
investments in downtown real estate, I hope that if I abide by current rules in place for future
development, a group of individuals are not able to stop progress because it does not align
with their ideas of no, or slower growth in our city. I have purchased property to be able to
control the growth around my existing property, and if they have such a strong group, I
suggest they purchase the property they want to save also.
