The purpose of this note is to strongly urge you to approve the Black/Olive project tonight. This project is vital for
the Bozeman downtown to remain vibrant, walkable and livable.
A failure to approve this signals the sprawl west of 7th will be the way of the future. Preserve downtown and
neighborhoods and do not stimulate more auto centric subdivisions that make the Gallatin Valley look like Irvine
CA.
Do not overreact to a loud and misguided vocal minority that in claiming to “Save Bozeman” will speed its demise.
Walkability and access is what makes downtown unique and allows the businesses to survive.
