Hello-
I’ve been watching the progress of the Black/Olive proposal and have attended commission
meetings and meetings outside of the commission meetings. I expressed my opinion inprevious meetings that I was against the development. I’m writing to say that I still am against
this development. I am not able to attend the commission meeting tonight.
My main concerns are that the proposed building does not fit into the character of theneighborhood and that there is too large of a change from the neighborhood to this
development. I am a supporter of stepped changes from building to building or what peoplehave called “feathering” – this is not feathered and will not fit well into our community.
