ORDI NANCE NO. 1295
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1267, FIXING THE SALARIES OF
THE CITY COMMISSIONERS AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
2.04.070 OF THE BOZEMAN MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
That Section 1 and Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1267 be amended by de-
leting the words struck through and adding the words underlined, as follows:
Section 1. that the salaries of the City Commissioners and the Mayor of
the City of Bozeman be established as follows: for each week, the sum of
$7t5";'99 $80.00 for each Commissioner. The salary of the Commissioner acting as
Mayor shall be one and one-half (1 1/2) times that of the other Commissioners,
or the sum of $++%";'59 $120.00.
Section 2. That in the event of an unexcused absence from a Commis-
sion meeting, no salary shall be paid for that week.
Section 3. These salaries shall be effective get6ber-+,-,-9-&8 January 1,
1990.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are express Iy repealed.
PROVISIONALLY PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION of
the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof held on the 20th day of Nov-
ember 1989.
