To the Bozeman City Commission,
We are writing to ask you to please consider the parking issues associated with the proposed Black Olive
development. It seems this issue continues to be treated as not‐a‐problem by the developers. Based on our
neighborhood in and around South Tracy Avenue, we see the number of cars associated with a rental to be
dependent on the number of bedrooms, not on the number of units or houses. At the least, the Black Olive
development should include one parking space for each unit, if not bedroom. Please do not approve the Black
Olive proposal unless these parking needs are fully met by the developer.
