As a past resident of 611 s Black, I speak from experience that this location is sub‐optimal for a high density
development. Too many nights I searched for on‐street parking. I can't imagine what it would be like if BO (an apt
acronym, if you get my drift). This area has too many dead ends and circuatious road layout to handle additional cars.
