Thank you for meeting with me to discuss the potential cuts to the state's budget and their
impacts of Montanans.
In the end,there are no easy answers but we all understand the tough decisions that lay ahead. I
will continue to carefully manage the state, as I always have, to best minimize the negative
effects these cuts will have on your community and across all of Montana.
Please continue to work with my office and reach out to your locally elected legislators about
responsible solutions to help balance the state budget.
I will continue to listen to folks across Montana as we work together to keep this state moving
