Oak Street and Davis Lane – Parcel 5 AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent MEETING DATE: October 9, 2017
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Acting City Manager to sign the Memorandum of Agreement, and Public Use Easement needed for the City to install improvements to Oak Street and Davis Lane.
BACKGROUND: By adopting the City of Bozeman Capital Improvement Plan the City Commission has directed staff to install improvements to Oak Street between New Holland Drive and Ferguson Avenue. These sections of road are in fact part of the major west side street construction project (megabuild). In order to complete improvements to this section it is
necessary to acquire the Right-of-Way described herein. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None. FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission. Attachments: Memorandum of Agreement, Public Use Easement and Temporary Construction Easement
