Dear City Commission,
Simply put, there has never been an argument against developing a taller and larger building at the corner ofBlack and Olive: it is the scale of the building being presented that has been objectionable. HomeBase hasredrawn exterior elevations and tweaked the occupancy numbers, but never has there been a concession thatthe building drawn is just too damn big for that corner. Please see through the muddling that has occurred this last year and have an objective look at the plans and
elevations, then please walk the site before the voting meeting on October 9th.
