September 2017 - Thriving Community Month
Proclamation
WHEREAS, The City of Bozeman is a growing community and wonderful place to live; and,
WHEREAS, the people who live here make this community so special; and,
WHEREAS, in order to preserve our vibrant and thriving community, we must invest in children
and families; and,
WHEREAS, when families are strong and children are successful, everyone benefits; and,
WHEREAS, for over 30 years, Thrive has provided five signature programs that support the
whole family, and ensure that as our community grows, every child has the opportunity to
succeed; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED THAT September is Thriving Community Month. We
encourage everyone to join together to support local families and preserve this thriving
community.
