My name is Colin Albee. I live at 607 W Main St. I believe that the commission should adopt a zero minimum
parking rule for the Midtown district. So far, it has been difficult to get projects off the ground in the district,
and I believe that strict parking regulations have been a factor in this.
Any developer will know that a development will need a certain amount of parking in order to be successful.
The City should allow the market to determine the correct amount of provided parking by a development.
I urge the commission to adopt a zero minimum parking rule for the midtown district.
