Dear City Comissioners,
As a member of the task force that worked on guidelines for the B3 commercial zoning I strongly recommend the
commission does not approve them with out re-evaluation. Transition zones have not been adequately addressed and
the design guidelines themselves will codify current architectural cliches. To approve them as written will do
irreplicable harm to the city. We can do better.
