Dear Bozeman City Commissioners,
I am writing to respectfully urge you NOT to re-affirm Subchapter B of the Neighborhood
Conservation Overlay District.
Please consider the following points:
* these changes were made without sufficient input from Bozeman citizens, especially theneighbors most directly impacted.
* these changes open the door for unchecked, unwise and unthoughtful development which
could alter the unique character of Bozeman, and quality of life for ALL our citizens.
Please take note that these changes were rushed through in a way that did not allow publicinput.
I urge you to pause, slow down, and carefully consider the impact of this decision.
I believe we are at a crucial crossroads for our city. Please give at least equal consideration to
the concerns of Bozeman citizens as you have given to developers, (who often do have thebest interests of Bozeman in mind).
