Brackenchandler - UDC Update, Subchapter 4BFrom:STEVENYLA BRACKENCHANDLER To:Agenda Subject:Sub chapter 4B Date:Wednesday, September 13, 2017 11:06:18 PM Honorable Mayor Taylor and fellow Commissioners, As you rush to decide the validity of the inclusion of Subchapter 4B in B-3 zoning requirements, it is obvious to most people that the process used in developing these requirements was flawed. Seriously flawed. The process should start over, with all stakeholders represented. If developers and architects are the only ones writing the rules, they will be the ones who benefit. Involve everyone that is impacted by such zoning requirements in an open and transparent process. In its current form, the zoning requirements as written, do not pass the smell test.
