Crystal Allegra:
1. Formulate a plan to complete an updated historic resources survey.
2. Discuss the possibility of creating a cultural historic district on north Black and Bozeman
streets
Jeanne Wilkinson:
1. Review the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation, Municipal Code, NCOD
Guidelines, Subchapter 4B, the NCOD consultant report and determine steps forward to re-
integrate historic preservation into growth planning and decision-making processes.
2. Identify steps to supplement and expedite historic property inventory process which is
directly related to item #1.
Michael Wallner:
1. I would like to work with local homeowners to reinstate the historic preservation awards
program, and have the chronicle write articles about the awards received by local
homeowners. (Victoria’s objective #2) is related to this objective.
2. Work with either Crystal (objective #1) or Jeanne (objective #1) to accomplish their
preferred outcomes.
Eric Karshner:
1. Assist with preserving historic structures while also supporting growth. Identify areas of
proposed development and ensure historic guidelines are outlined for these areas in an
appropriate manner.
2. Improve awareness of city's history through awards for historic preservation,
educational opportunities, articles in local papers
