RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (originals to City Clerk), of the partially executed
Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Reservation of Easements for
snow storage south east of the intersection of S. 14th St. and State St.. Engineering staff reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable. FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
