SUBJECT: Cannery District Phase 2 Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of Infrastructure Improvements MEETING DATE: September 11, 2017
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent Agenda
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk), of the partially executed
irrevocable offer of dedication of infrastructure improvements. Applicants
are required to provide this dedication if concurrent construction of
infrastructure and building permits are requested per Bozeman Municipal
Code 38.39.030.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
