RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign BACKGROUND: Attached are copies (originals to City Clerk), of the partially executed
easements for temporary storm water facility easements. Engineering staff
reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
