SUBJECT: Blackmore Bend Impact Fee Payment Agreement Improvements to the Intersection of Highland Boulevard and East Main Street

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy (original to City Clerk) of the City of Bozeman Impact
Fee Payment Agreement for improvements to the intersection of Highland
Boulevard and East Main Street. Engineering and Legal staff provided the
proposed agreement to the developer, East Main Investments, LLC, who
executed the agreement and returned it to the City for signature by the
City Manager. Funds for improvements to the intersection of Highland
and Main are on the approved capital improvements plan as street impact
fee project number SIF112 in Fiscal Year 2018.
FISCAL EFFECTS: Defined in the approved Street Impact Fee item SIF112 in the
Capital Improvements Program
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
