Call to Order – 6:00 PM - Commission Room, City Hall, 121 North Rouse B. Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence C. Changes to the Agenda D. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. E. Action Items 1. Session Continued from August 24, 2017: Public Hearing of the Bozeman City Commission Regarding Proposed Changes to the City’s Zoning, Subdivision, and Other Land Use Regulations (Chapter 38, Bozeman Municipal Code) (known as the “UDC Update”) (Public Comment Closed, Commission Deliberation Only) (Rogers) Link to: July 28, 2017 UDC Draft Current Motion: Motion to table. Vote on pending motion to table the UDC update required of Deputy Mayor Andrus. F. Executive Session 1. Selection of Finalists for City Manager (D. Taylor / Jorgenson) The Mayor may close to the public all or portions of this meeting pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(3), MCA, if discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy and the Mayor determines the demands of the individuals’ privacy clearly exceed the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual privacy may be waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains and, in that event, the meeting must be opened. G. FYI/Discussion H.
