Proclamation of Acceptance and Implementation of the AARP and World Health Organization's Global Network of Age-Friendly Cities and Communities I. Action Items 1. 514 North Tracy Home-Based Business Conditional Use Permit, Application 17284 (Quasi- Judicial) (Boughan) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 17284 and move to approve the 514 North Tracy Home-Based Business Conditional Use Permit with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 2. Amended Plat of Lot 7, Block 41, Northern Pacific Addition Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat, Application 17273 (Quasi-Judicial) (Jadin) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 17273 and move to approve the Amended Plat of Lot 7A, Block 41, Northern Pacific Addition Minor Subdivision with conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions. 3. Resolution 4821, Establishing and Affixing the Number of Mills to be Charged Against the Assessed Valuation of All Taxable Property Situated within the Corporate Jurisdictional Boundaries of the City for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (FY18) (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4821, Establishing and Affixing the Number of Mills to be Charged Against the Assessed Valuation of All Taxable Property Situated within the Corporate Jurisdictional Boundaries of the City for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 (FY18). 4. Resolution 4822, Amending the City’s Annual Budget to Include Items to be Funded with Property Tax Revenues that Exceed our Budgeted Property Tax Estimates (Rosenberry) Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, August 28, 2017 Page 3 of 4 Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4822, Amending the City’s Annual Budget to Include Items to be Funded with Property Tax Revenues that Exceed our Budgeted Property Tax Estimates. 5. Appeal of the Administrative Project Decision 17365 for the Links Condominiums, Application 16374 (Quasi-Judicial) (Krueger) Consider the motion: The City Commission’s decision is to uphold, amend, or overturn the administrative project decision for Site Plan Application 16374. The decision may be overturned or amended upon the finding that such final administrative decision was erroneous. 6. Resolution 4840, Amending the City's Annual Budget for Wastewater Fund Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2018 for the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Small Works Project Number 1 (Donald) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4840, Amending the City's Annual Budget for Wastewater Fund Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2018 for the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Small Works Project Number 1. 7. Authorize the Interim City Manager to Sign the Notice of Award to Williams Brothers Construction for the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Small Works Project Number 1 (Heaston) Consider the motion: I hereby move to direct the Interim City Manager to sign the Notice of Award for the WRF Small Works Project No. 1 to Williams Brothers Construction for Bid Items No. 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, in the amount of eight hundred thirty eight thousand, eight hundred dollars, and exclude Bid Item No. 2 from the award. 8. Transportation Improvements Policy Discussion (Woolard) Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as an Action Item so that the Commission may direct staff as necessary. 9. Appointment(s) to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (BABAB) (Crough) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to two members to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board to two vacant at-large voting positions expiring on December 31, 2018. 10. Appointment(s) to the Northeast Urban Renewal Board (NURB) (Crough) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to two members to the Northeast Urban Renewal Board to the following positions and terms: Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, August 28, 2017 Page 4 of 4 One non-voting position with a term ending July 31, 2019, One non-voting position with a term ending July 31, 2020, and/or One non-voting position with a term ending July 31, 2021.
