Exemption from subdivision review - allow aggregation of two lots described as Tract 1, cas No. F-37-E, and Lot A-1, Amended Plat F-37-D, located in Block 1, Kirks Second Subdivision, into a single lot - Spanish Peaks Plazal Family Walk-In Care Clinic (E-O 110) (DS) b. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.2 to Professional Services Agreement with Allied Engineering Services, Inc. - water main extension for the Bozeman Solvent Site c. Select Springsted Incorporated to serve as City's financial advisory for the library general obligation bond issue d. Acknowledge receipt of request for street name change from "Deadman's Gulch" to "Cattail Street" - Sandan, LLC; refer to staff e. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5. Public hearing - Commission Resolution No. 3463 - intent to create SILD No. 671 - lighting district for Ferguson Meadows Subdivision (CJ) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to direct staff to bring back resolution of creation) 11 . Public hearing - Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit Development - Springer Group Architects for Dave MacDonald - allow construction of one 18-unit and three 12-unit apartment buildings on Tracts 5-7, Mountain Vista Subdivision (Brookside Park Apartments 11,2100 West College Avenue) (Z-01126) (JM) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote (to or not to approve) 14.
