Dear City Commissioners;
It Took Just Nine-Month to Build the Empire State Building and yet, this is the second summer of road construction
on Rouse on what appears to be just one-mile of paved road. I have seen every type of equipment out on this
construction site...so that's not the problem. This equipment is idle more hours than in use...this might be part of
the problem. I don't get it. But I do know that this is warning on everyone.
Perhaps it is time to re-hink this project. How to move it along at an accelerated pace. How to keep the dust and
dirt down. Perhaps more evening work. Perhaps two shifts. Maybe night work only. Maybe more workers. Maybe
a new manager of project. Just something to think about.
