A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ADOPTING THE BOZEMAN POND PARK EXPANSION MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 1.8.2 of the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and
Trails (PROST) Plan outline the procedure for amending a park master plan; and
WHEREAS,a conceptual master plan was submitted as part of the Bozeman Pond Park
Expansion Project ("Project") Trails, Open Space and Parks bond funding application, which was
approved by Resolution No. 4494;
WHEREAS, the conceptual master plan was further refined during the public input
process specified in the 2007 Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Plan to develop a master
plan including all of the items specified in Resolution No. 4494; and
WHEREAS, the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board The Recreation and Parks
Advisory Board approved the proposed Bozeman Pond Park Expansion Project master plan on
April 9, 2015, which was modified per Commission direction and approved by the Commission
as the Bozeman Pond Park Expansion site plan on December 7, 2015; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana,
Section 1 —Municipal Code and PROST Plan References
In accordance with the Bozeman Municipal Code Section 26.02.220., and Section 1.8.2
of the Parks,Recreation,Open Space and Trails(PROST,)Plan,the Bozeman Pond Park Expansion
Master Plan ("Exhibit A") is hereby adopted and approved for implementation.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman,Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 141h day of August,2017.
