RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was entered into in association with Building Permits 15-22690, 15-
22692, 15-22693 and 15-22694 and,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: 3820, 3824, 3828, and 3832 Blondie Street and legally
described as Lot 3,Minor Subdivision 475, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
