Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230, GRANTEE, a temporary Storm Water Facility Easement for the use of storm water run-off and detention/retention until such time when public streets are constructed and storm sewer installed and connected to the storm water collection system which drains to the temporary basins. The temporary Storm Water Facility Easements are on a parcel of land situated in the City of Bozeman, and located on the following described real properties: • Remainder Tract A Allison Subdivision Phase 2 • COS 252 • COS 792 The easements are more particularly described on the attached Exhibits B1 —B3 which by this reference is made a part hereof. The GRANTOR states that he possesses the real property described above and that he has a lawful right to grant an easement thereon. The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peacefully hold and enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR. The terms, covenants and provisions of this easement and agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
