The Commission of The City of Bozeman met :i.n regular session in the Commission
Room, City Hall Building, Friday evening, September 4th, 1942, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
Those being present were Mayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson, City Attorney Aitken,
City Mana~er ~]innell, City Bngineer Thorpe, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the
Clerk, when the following proceedi"ngs were had - to-wi t:
The minutes of the last ree:-ular sesslon were read, and it was moved b~T Commissioner
Sorenson, seconded by Mayor Busch that the minutes be approved as read and the motion
was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Ma;ror Busch, Com-
missioner Sorenson; those voting No, none.
Claims for the Month
Claims Nos. 3445 to 3591 inclusive were presented on the var:'Lous funds as follows:

The Manager s ta ted he has audited these claims and finds them to be true and lawflJl
claims against The City of Bozeman and recommends tha t warrants be drawn for their pay-
ment. After examination of the claims in detail by the Commission, it was moved by
Mayor Busch, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that tho claims be allowed and warrants
drawn for their paymen t and the motion was carried by the following aye and No vote;
those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none.

It was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Mayor Busch that the reports
be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No
vote; those votlng Aye being Mavor BUSCh, Commis81oner Sorenson; those votlng No, none.

The ManFllTer stated that capital outlay in connection '.nth the new Administration
Building a t the Cerna tor'" whi ch included interior finis1->ing, hea ting facili ties, shop
completion and. grading and plantinf"l' the .p:rounds, the Cemetery Fund balance was running
low and that therefore money already appropriated by Ordinance No. 719 should be trans-
ferred from the Water Fu.nd to the CemetAry Fund to finance the items above mentioned.

presented and read Resolution No. 520, entitled:

ORDINANCE 719, OF THE SAID CITY OF BOZEMAN, ]lIONTANA
The Resolution was approved as to form by the City Attorney, whereupon, it was moved
by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by rvray-or Busch tha t the Resolu tion be passed and
adopted and the motion was carried by the follmv'ng Aye a.nd No vote; those voting
Aye being Mayor Busch and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none.
