COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 4830
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ADOPTING THE AMENDED MASTER PLAN FOR OAK MEADOWS
PARK
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 1.8.2 of the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and
Trails PROST)PI outline the procedure for amending a park master plan; and
WHEREAS,the Oak Meadows Subdivision Homeowner Association has submitted an
application for the use of cash-in-lieu of parkland dedication funds for construction of a
playground and other improvements in Oak Meadows Park, which requires an amended park
master plan; and
WHEREAS, public input was obtained from the residents of the Oak Meadows
subdivision and an amended park master plan was submitted with the application; and
WHEREAS,the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board at their regular meeting of June
8, 2017 unanimously approved a motion recommending Commission allocate $102,600 in cash-
in-lieu funds to implement the amended master plan for Oak Meadows Park included in said
application("Exhibit A" attached hereto);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana,

Section 1 —Municipal Code and PROST Plan References
In accordance with the Bozeman Municipal Code Section 26.02.220., and Section 1.8.2
of the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) Plan,the amended Master Plan for Oak
Meadows Park("Exhibit A") is hereby adopted and approved for implementation.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, at a regular session thereof held on the 171h day of July, 2017.
