December 11th, 1942
The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening, December 11th, 1942 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Those being
present were Mayor &lsch, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Landoe, City Attorney
Ai tken, City Manager Quinnell, Director of B~inance Wal ter Davis, Ci ty Engineer Thorpe and
the Clerk, when the following proceedin~s were had to-wit:
The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved by Commis~doner
Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe that the minutes be approved as read and the
motion was carr:led by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch,
Commissioner Landoe and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none.

The following reports for the month of November were presented and read:
Health Officer
Direc tor of Finance Sta te Exam:' ner' s report of Fire Relies
Association examination
It was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe the. t the re-
ports be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, Commisp,ioner Sorenson and Commissioner
Landoe; those voting No, none.
Renewal of City Manager's Bond
The renewal certlficR te of the bond of Ci t;T Manaper Quinnell was presented and read.
It wasmoved by Commisd onsr Landoe, secord ed by Commis sioner Sorenson that the renewal
of the City Man,qq:er' s bond be a pproved and the motion was carried by the following Aye
and No vote; those voting Aye bein~ Mayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner
Landoe; those voting No, none.
Fine and Sentence Re~i tted -- Albert Poynter
The Mayor announced that he had rernltted the jail sentence and ~P150.00 of the fine
against Albert Poynter; that this was done through authority invested in him by Subsection
15; Section 5030, R.C.M. 1935, and that he had acted in accordance with a suggestion from
the authorities in char~e.
Rules for Police Rad~o Operation
The Manager announced that the committee to formulate rules for the operation of the
Departm.ent of Public Safety and the Police Radio wnuld meet Tuesday, December 15th, 1942,
at 3:00 o'clock P.W.

There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Landoe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the meet:i.ng adjourn
and the motion was carried by the following rtye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor
Busch, Commissioner borenson and Commissioner Landoe; tho~e voting No, none.
