This belnf": the regular time set for the meeting of the Commission of The Ci ty of Bozeman, Commissioner Landoe appeared. Afto~ waiting a reasonable time and neither of the other Commissioners appearing, Commissioner Landoe declared the meeting adjourned until 7:30 o'clock P.M., Monday, December 28th, 1942. Bozeman, Montana December 28th, 1942 The Commission of The City of Bozeman met pursuant to adjourr:ment in the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Monday, Decemb8r 28th,. 1942, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Those being presen t were Mayor Busch, Commis 3 ioner Landoe, Commis si oner Sorens on, City Manager Quin- nell, Director of Finance Walter Davis, and the C1erl{, when the following pro ceedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved by Com111issioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Lando8; those vot:lng No, none. Skating at Geall Park The Manager reported that Mrs. Gaines, President of the Recreation Board, was meeting with the Hawthorne PTA to discuss plans for operatlng the skatinp: rink at Beall Park during the cominG season and thR t the Recrea tion Board would meet December 31, 1942 to consider Mrs. G..ines' report of the meeting. The Manager further explained that a com- plete report of the Board's findings would be made to the Commis sion at its next rep;ular meeting. Warrants Cancelled The Mana,ger s ta ted that three warrants had been outstanding for many years and tha t the Department of Finance wanted them cancelled b;.r the Commission to clear the records. He then presented the following list of warrants and asked that they be cancelled and the record owners notified at their last known address.
