HomeMy WebLinkAbout1943-01-15 I I I 49;) Boz eman, rvIon tan a January 15th, 1943 The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Friday evening, January 15th, 1943, at 7:30 o'clock P.~"T. Those being present were Mayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson, Commis sioner Landoe , City Manager ~)uin- nell, Ci ty A ttorne y Ai tken, and the Clerk, when the following proceecUngs were had: The minutes of the las t reglllar session were read, and it was moved by Commis si oner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being 1\1ayor Busch, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Landoe; those voting No, none. Reports The following reports were presented and read: S ta te Examiner's Health Officer Employment Officer State Board of Health Water Analysis The ManRger called attention to a very satisfactory report on the Bozeman City Viater Supply by the State Board of Health. The report shows that water furnished by the City Water Department is in an excellent sanitary condition. There was not the slightest indica tion of contamina tiOD in any of the samples submi ttod for analysis of January 10th. Cormrmn:1.ca ti on The Manager read a communication from the Secretary of the Montana Municipal League calling attention to a meeting of the exeC1Jtive and legislative committees to be held in Helena, Janu3ry 19th, 1943, to discuss proposed legislation effecting ci ties and towns. The City Comnlission felt that the City Manager and City Attorney Aitken should attend this meeting. Applications for City Licenses The following applications for City Licenses were presented and read: Errbert's Waite & Company R. G. Gallup Richardson's Walter Hicks Dr. E. o.
