Those being present were ~fIayor Busch, Commiscioner Landoe, Commissioner Sorenson, City Attorney Aitken, City Manag!:;r quinnell,:)irector of F'inance \\ralter Davis and the Clerk, when the following proceedinss were had to-wit: The minutes of the last rOi!ular ses::::ion were read, ane} it was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commi2 si oner Landoe tha t the mInutes be approved as read and tho motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those vot:1ng Aye being Mayor Busch, Commis:"loner Sorenson and Commisslour=>r Landoe; thol"o vot'na:: No, none. Applic8tion for City License The applic8tion of the Baxter Hotel for a city license was presented and react. It was moved by Commissioner Landoe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the application be approved and the license issued and thE motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting- A;Te beinrr Ma:Tor Busch. Commissioner Landoo and Commisrdoner Landoe; those voting No, none. Bills for the Month Claims Nos. 2643 to 2774 inclusive were presonted on the various funds as follows: Cemetery Fire General Library Park Street Water F. L. & P. Policemen Dur ing Ja ycee Ronnclllp The MaT1a~er sta.ted tha t the Jr. Chamb"'r of Commerce h8.cl inquired if they would be required to pay the expenses of additional policemen during their annual Roundup. The matter was discussed by the Commission and taken under advisement. Suns e t Hills C ,,"moter;' - - Block 138 The Manazer reported that the mRtter concerning the use of Block 138, which lies directly south of the Veteran's Memorial Plot in the Cemetery had been settled at a ,joint-meeting of the Ccmeter:.' Board, llfembers of the GalL~ tin Lodp:e # 6 AT" & AM, and representatives of several Veteran's organizations, and that the settlement agreed upon wOlJld be incor:;:Jor'! ted in an amendment to the original agreement between 'I'he Ci ty of Bozeman, the Masonic Lodge flnd the Cemetery Board, subject to final approval by the Cit:! Commission. Airport Meeting The ManrlO'er reAd a letter from the Northwest Aviation Planning Council stating their annual meeting would be held in Spokane, June 10th and 20th. The matter was discussed bu t no ac tion taken. }~xardna tion of Deposi tory Bonils The Commission examined the Cnstodian's Hece:1pts for depository bonds held by the :nrector of Finance as security for the City's deposit in the various banks. It was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Landoe that the report be ac- cepted and incorpora ted in full in the minu tes and th.e motion waS carried by the follow- ing Aye and No vot,;; those voting Aye being liiayor Buse!::', Commissioner Lamioe and Gommis- sioner Sorenson; those votIng rio, none.
