Applic8tion for City License The applic8tion of the Baxter Hotel for a city license was presented and react. It was moved by Commissioner Landoe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the application be approved and the license issued and thE motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting- A;Te beinrr Ma:Tor Busch. Commissioner Landoo and Commisrdoner Landoe; those voting No, none. Bills for the Month Claims Nos. 2643 to 2774 inclusive were presonted on the various funds as follows: Cemetery Fire General Library Park Street Water F. L. & P. The matter was discussed by the Commission and taken under advisement. Suns e t Hills C ,,"moter;' - - Block 138 The Manazer reported that the mRtter concerning the use of Block 138, which lies directly south of the Veteran's Memorial Plot in the Cemetery had been settled at a ,joint-meeting of the Ccmeter:.' Board, llfembers of the GalL~ tin Lodp:e # 6 AT" & AM, and representatives of several Veteran's organizations, and that the settlement agreed upon wOlJld be incor:;:Jor'! ted in an amendment to the original agreement between 'I'he Ci ty of Bozeman, the Masonic Lodge flnd the Cemetery Board, subject to final approval by the Cit:! Commission. Airport Meeting The ManrlO'er reAd a letter from the Northwest Aviation Planning Council stating their annual meeting would be held in Spokane, June 10th and 20th.
