Tbe Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in- the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening, January 2, 1942, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. 'rlhose being
present were Mayor Hoey, Cowmis8ioner Busch, Commissioner Sorenson, Commissioner-elect
Landoe, 'Ci ty ~ ttorney Ai tker., Ci ty l'/anager Quinnell, Direc tor of finance Wal ter Davis
and the Cle rk, when the fo llowing proceedings were had to-wi t:
The minutes of the last reglJlar session were read, and it was moved by Commis:',loner
Busch, seconded b" Commissioner Sorenson that tbe minutes be approved as read and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor IIoey,

The Mayor stated that at trle regular meeting of the Airport BoarcJ_ of November 5th, 1941,
it was the recormnendat:ton of the Airport Board that the C:tty acquire by condemnation pro-
ceed:inC's tha t trac t of land wes t 0 f the Airpor t on which the s lalJgh ter house is loc 0 ted,
now in the name of R. S. Dawes.
