The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in re[!ular session in the Commissi on Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening, August 29th, 1941, at 7:30 otclock P.]''t. Those belnq

Report
The report of the State Board of Health for water inspection was presented, and it
was pointed out that it was the first report on Bozeman water that showed perfect as to
Bac teriological analys is. It was moved by Commi!"' pioner Busch, seconded b;"r Commi~ sioner
Sorenson that the report be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carriec.i by
trle followin€: Aye and No vote; those votin8 J~yebeing Ma YOI' Hoe;,,', Gommis ~~ioner B',sc1"1 and
Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none.
Bond Terminated
The Manurrer read a reouest from the Seaboard Surety Company requesting release from
the bond of the Montgomery Ward Compan:' as a Gas F'itter; that the company Is no longer
engar:ed in the bllslne::-s as a~as fitter. It was moved by Commisslonor .;)orenson, seconded
by Commissioner Busch that liability on the bond be terminated ar.d the motion was carried,
by the followinc; Aye and No vote; tt;ose voting Aye being li:ayor
