The application of Herb Springer for a wholesale b8er license was presented. It was

Resolution No. 508 -- Apropriating Monies
The I{!anager s ta ted tba t certain monies in the Airport Pund should be approprio. ted
in order to prevent overdrawinG the appropriation in the Budget; that in order to pay
for the construction of the Service BuildinG at the Cemeter:r, warrants would have to be
registered, and to prevent the reclstriation of warrants, that $2500 could be transferred
from the Wa ter F\lnc1.
The ll~anager stated tJ:le City Attorney had prepared a Resolution appropriating the

Airport monies and transferring the, ~~2500 from the Water Fund to the Ceme ter:r Fund. He

Representa ti ves of the bid,.lers present explained the radio bid on and answered num-
erous questions asked by those present.
After considerable discussion, it was decided to meet again with the County Commis-
sianers and go over the bids before a decision is reached.
Insurance on City Equipment
The ManaC'"er presented a list of equipment used by the City which is covered by in-
surance and should be renewed; and a lis t of equipmen t which should be covered wi tJ]
accident insurance. lIe stated the lists would be presented to ae;cnts in the Cityfor
cOMpetitive quotations to be acted upon at next meeting.
