The COTl1misflion of the Git:~ of ......ozeman met in an adjourned regular session at the
Court House, l:;.ondayafternoon, September 15th, 1941 at 4:00 o'clock P.t!.

ceedlngs were had:
Bids on Police Radio
The various bids submitted for the two-way n~dio COffi..'TIl.m.lcation System at the
meeting of .i:;'riday, September 12th, 1941 v{ere dlsc:ussed by the joint Commisslons, after
which it was moved by Commis s ioner Busch and secon::led by COrJ1J'niss loner Sorenson thn t the
bid of the Transmitter Equipment ;,Tanufacturing Company, Lone: Island Ci ty, New York,
be accepted for the 200-wa tt, medium frequency, 'rempco Radio in the amount of $2352.50.

'['he County Com..rnissioners offered to pay half the cost of tho Central Station
equipment after deducting the cost of the station receiver and mobile equipment,
leaving a net cost of ;~~1,933.50 and Y'18.1dng the C01mtyts share ~~966.75. It was moved

The MaJor st8.ted that several residents on VVillson Avenue south of Garfield Street
had requested that the walk be constrrlCted in front of Lots 1 &; 2, Block 15; Butte
Addition, belonging to O. 2. Sheppard.
The matter was disclJssed by the Commisnion and lt was pointed tLat ~,Ir. Sheppard

for 1941, but after inspection and reconsiders. tion, it was moved by Commissioner Busch,
