The COIT'111ission of The lJity of Bozerren ];!'jet in regular session in the Co~rds8ion Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening September 19th, 1941, at 7:30 o'clock P.I,~. Those taine:
present were Mayor Hoe;r, Commissioner Busch, Comm.issioner Sorenson, City Attorr:ey Ait1cen,
Ci ty Manager Lalw, Direc tor 6f Finance ',Val ter Davi s and the Clerlc, when the fo 11oI'TinC pro-

Insurance on City Motor Equipment
The Manager stated he had notified insurance aeents in the City to submit quotations
for insurance on city motor equipment to be read at this meet1ng; tha tall a8ents in the
City have not subMitted quotations but wOt'ld probably rlD.ve them in by the time the present
insurance expires.
IvTrs. Mary Smith and Arlo Keene were present and tol:i of tr:e cO!l'1.panies they represented.
The City Attorney stated that any Company allow'ed or permitted to do business in the State
would be a rerutable company.
After disclJ.ssion b:r the COJ!1..mission, the City 1:am:ger was instructed to purchase
insurance to cover the city motor equipment from the lowest quota.tions sl}b~itted b7 a
reputable company.

The Manager stated this was the time and place set for hoar:ne of protests to the
levying of the assessment for .Misc. W & C 1941. 1-Ie prosented affidavit of public::,tlon
of the Notice and stated no protests had been filed and no one was present to protest.

lu tion be finally passed and adopted anJ the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Hoey, Comm:tsr.ioner Buscl, and COIDtl:issioner Sorenson;
those voting No, none.
Resolution No. 507 -- Weed Assessment
The Manager stated this was tIle time and place set for hearlns of protests to the
levylnr: of the assessment for weed removal for 1941. He presented aff'':davit of publlcation
of tr.e Not.ice and stated no portests had been filed and no one was present to protest. Tie
