The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Friday evening, December 5th, 1941, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Those being
present were Mayor Hoey, Commissioner Busch", Commissioner Sorenson, City Attorney Aitken,
Ci ty Manager Lake, Director of Finance Wal ter Davis and the Clerk, when the following
proceedings were had to-wit:

The Manager stated he has audited these clairr.s and finds them to be true and lawful
claims against The City of Bozeman and recommends that warrants be drawn for their pay-

Resolution No. 511 -- Certification of Delinouent Taxes

The Manager presented a list of delinquent taxes, together with the resolution
making the proper certifica tion of delinquen t taxes to the County 'rreasurer and the
Clerk and Recorder. He presented Resolution No. 511, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF' THE COMJ'HSSION OF THE CI'l'Y OF BOZEMAN DECLARING CERTAIN
SPECIAL ASSESSKENTS AND INSTALLt~8~NTS OF' SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, DUE AND PAY-

It was moved by ComMissioner Busch, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the
Resolution be pas:ced and adopted and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No
vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Boey, Commissioner Busch and Commissioner Sorenson;

It was moved by Commissioner Busch, seconded by Commis sioner ~orenson tha t the re-
ports be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote; those voting Aye bei~g Mayor Boey, Commissioner Busch and Commissioner Sorenson;
those voting No, none.
Request to Close Alley
The Manager read a request from Ray Blanchard, owner of Blocks 1 and 2; Violett
Addition, reauesting that the alley in Block 1 be closed, but describing Block 2 as the
block in which he wanted the alley closed.

inform Mr. Ray Blanchard the t the Commiss ion will take ac tion to vaca te the alle~~ at
the time plans are pre~ented and permit applied for the improvements to be made in either

Adjournment
There being no further business to come Defore the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Busch, seconded by Commissioner dorenson th9t the meeting adjourn
