The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Buildin!3', Friday evening, December 19th, 1941, at 7:30 o'clock F.~iI. 'l'hose being
present were Mayor Hoey, Conmlissioner Busch, Commissioner Sorenson, City Attorney Aitken,
City Manager Quinnell, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the Clerk, when the following
proceedings were had to-wit:
The minutes of tJ:~e last reglJlar session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner
Busch, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the mmutes be approved as read and the mo-
tion W8S carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being T"Tayor Eoey,
Commissioner Busch and Commisr-'ioner Sorenson; those voting l~o, none.
Claim: He W & C, 1041 Reserve
The Manager pressnted Claim No. a189A of Anthony Tobin for $200.00 to be paid in W & C
1941 boncls . The cla:1m covers a gO-day reserve held after t.1;e comple tion of the contract.

The report of the State Board of Health for water analysis was presented. It was
moved by- Commis sioner Busch, seconded by Commis sioner Sorenson tha t the r sport be accepted
and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the follovving Aye and No vote; those voting
Aye being 1\ITayor Boey, Commis~ioner Sorenson; and Corrrris sioner B1JSch; those voting .No, none.

Bonds of Clerk & Stenocrapher

of L. G. Shadoan, as Clerk of the City Commission, in tbe amolJnt of ,i,:20UO.OO were presented.
The bonds were approved as to form by the City Attorney, w!J.ereupon, it was moved by Com-

Bi1s for Fire Insurance
The Manaser stated tr1is was the time and place set for the opening of bids to cover
fire inSl.lranCe on all City property. He presented an affidavit of publication of the Notice
to Bic:ders, w}lorelJpOn, it was moved by Commis,sioner B1JSch, 2ecended by Commissioner Sorenson
that the bids be opened and the motion was carried by the followjng Aye and No vote; nose
voting Aye being l'.':ayor Hoey, Commissioner Buscl and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting

The bids ofF. C. Skarie, C. Lee Donaldson, and tl:Je Bozeman Insurance Association
were opened and read. After hear5 ng tile bids, the Commis-i on decided to have tl1e bl ds

There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commis8ioner BU!3ct that the meeting ad,journ,
