Those being presen t were Mayor Hoey, COnn:lissioner Busch, Gorrnnis sioner Sorenson, 01 ty Attorney Aitken, City Manager La1<e, Director or l"inance Walter D:;lVls and the Clerk when the fol- lowing proceedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the las t regular session were read, and it was moved by Comrnis sioner I Sorenson, seconded b77 Commissioner Buscl-. that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those votinG Aye being Mayor Roey, Commissioner Busch and Commissioner Sorenson; those votinz No, none. Resolution No. 495 -- Intention to Sell Stevenson 80. Mr. Kenneth Kraft appeared before the Co~~ission to ask the payments on the Steven- son 80 be extended over a period of five years. The Commission expressed themselves as favorinG this e.\"tension of payments. Th.e Oit:r Attorney stated that as instructed he had prepared the resolution of in- tention to sell the Stevenson 80. He presented Resolution No. 495, entitled: A RESOLUTION 01" THE CmmISSIO~' OF T:!:-ill CITY OP BOZ::':r.IAN, 1~O~;TANA, STATING ITS IN'l'ENTION TO SELL CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY 0Ii' SAID CITY, HEREINAB'Tl.2:R DESCRIBED, TO KENNETH KRAFT, FOR T'JVENTY-'J1IffiEE HUNDI-lliD DOLLARS, AND AUTHOIUZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTEH INTO A CO!iPl'RP.CT ON BEHALF OI" TIm CITY FOR THAT PURPOSE It was moved by Commis sioncr Buscb, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson tha t the Resolution be passed and adopted and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye beine; Mayor Boey, Commissioner Busch and Commissioner I Sorenson; t~ose voting No, none. The contract as authorized by Resolution No. 495, was presented, approved as to form by the Ci ty Attorney, signed and execu tad. Extension of Viater l(ain r,;r. Geo. Stucky, 607 South Church, appeared befo re the Commis sion to ask that the water main be extended to serve his propert:r. The matter lJIJas discussed and Mr. Stucky was informed tha tit has been the policy not to extend the wa ter main unless a reasonable return was assured for the cost of the extension. Ntr. Report of E~ ctircal Inspector's School Mr. Carl liollensteiner reported on the Electrical Inspector's School held in Great Falls, April 4th & 5th, which he attended. Police Service -- Ellen Theatres theatres to assist in regulating the crowd between shows. I I I After further discussion, the Ci ty Manager WBS instructed to wri te the Ellen- Rlalto Theatre Company to the effect that a line may be painted on the sidewalk only in front of the theatres; th3.t they may have their choice of furnisY.ing one of their own employees, who could be deputized, to regula te the crowd or pay for the special service of an additional policeman for this purpose.
