Those being present were Mayor lilley, Commissioner Busch, Commissioner Sorenson, City Attorney Aitken, City Manager Lake, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the Clerk, when the fol- lowing proceedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the last regular session vlere read and it was r:-;oved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by CommIssioner Busch that tile minutes be approved as read and tl18 mot! on was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those vo ting Aye being Iviayor Hoey, Comnissioner Busch and Commissioner Sorenson; those voting No, none. Report The report of the Director of Finance for tho month of November was presented. It was moved by Commissioner Busch, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson tha t tl1e report be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Hoey, Co:mmlssioncr Busch and Cornm::'sflioner ~orenson; those vo ting No, none. Police Radio Di~cus3ed ~r. Lovitt Westlake, Sheriff, and R. L. Frank, County Commissioner appeared before the Commission to discrtss Radlo Communication System for the Police DepHrtment and the Sheriff Office, and the p03S ibili ty of the City and the County jointly purchasing a sys tern for their use. After discussion by trIose present, it was decided to meet wi th the Coun ty Commissioners during the next week and discuss the matter wi th them. Purchase of Tracts for Airport Furposes The matter of 1]1 rcha sing the trec ts 0 f land north of the Pondera Trac t for Airport purposes was discussed, and it was moved b;!"
