The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in special session pursuant to the follow-
ing call by the mayor::

City of Bozeman, Montana:

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5448 R.C. Montana, 1935, and Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 524 of The City of Bozeman as ~mended by Ordinance No. 619 of The City of
Bozeman, a special meeting of the City Comr.lission of The City of Bozeman is hereby called
for IvIonday, the 8th day of January, 1940, at the hour of 10:.30 o'clock A.M. of said day,
at the regular meetinG place of said Cormnission in the City Hall building of The City of
Bozeman, for the followine purpose::
Purther consideration and final action upon a proposed ordinance of The City of
Bozeman, heretofore introduced and considered at length, which proposed ordinance is en-
titled as follows:

of Bozeman, duly elected, qualified, and acting as such, hereby, jointly and sever-
a~y, aclmowledce due and timely.service of the above and foregoing notice of special
meeting, and we hereby each, jointly and severally, waive any and all objection to
trIe form or time of such notice and consent that said special meeting be held for
the purpose stated in the above and foreGoing notice and call.

Attorney Aitken and the acting clerk.

of a proposed ordinance, also considered at several previous meetings of the' commission,
as shown by the minutes of the commissioners' proceedi!1gs, which proposed ordinance is

After further consideration and discussion of the proposed ordinance it was moved

by Commissioner Lake, seconded by ~I/..MWf Hoey, that the ordinance be passed and
adopted. The motion being put, the roll was called, and the commissioners voted as
Mayor
follows: ~~ Roey, aye; Commlssioner BUSCh, aye; Commissloner Lake, aye.
Noes, none. So the ma yor declared the ordinance adopted, it was numbered 696 in the
refjular order, and was signed by the mayor and attested by the acting clerk in open
meeting.
The business of the special meeting as stated in the call therefor having been com-
pleted, the Commission on motion adjourned, all of the commissioners voting in trle
affirma ti ve.
