Dear Commissioners,
I write to urge your approval of the Black Olive project, as modified. This type of infill development is exactly what
Bozeman needs in order to grow in an environmentally responsible, fiscally prudent, community enhancing manner.
Providing quality housing that is transit friendly and walkable from downtown will strengthen our downtown and
our city, while at the same time slowing the rampant sprawl that is gobbling up open space on the edge of town.
Thank you for your leadership in addressing concerns that have been raised about this project and ensuring that
Bozeman continues to grow in a responsible and thoughtful manner that retains the things we love about his
wonderful place.
