The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
Ci ty Hall Building, Wednesday afternoon, October 23rd, 1946, at 1:00 o'clock P.M. Those
belng present were Commiss1oner Sorenson, Commissioner Lowe, City Manager Quinnell, and
the Clerk when the following proceedings were had to-wit:
I The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was waved by Commissioner
Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the minutes be approved as read, and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Commissioner
Sorenson and Commissio~er Lowe; those voting No, none.
Surphls Property
The City Manager reported that tr.e angle-dozer which was listed as surplus property
loca ted at the Benbow mine in Montana had been examined by the Street Superintendent and
himself during the past week and as the blade was cracked, the order had been cancelled,
but that the order for the tractor would stand.
Gravellin~ of Streets
The Manager reported that the gravelling of city streets would probably have to be
discontinued for the remainder of the season as it. was becoming increasingly difficult to
get to the pit because of the rainy weather.
Car & Tricycle for Police Department
The Man8ger also reported that during the past week a Harley-Davidson tricycle and the
Chevrolet Panel car for the Police Department had arrived and were being placed in service.

There being no further business to come before the Commiseion at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Lowe, seconded by Commis SiODc' r Sorens on that the meeting adjourn and
the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye b eine Commissioner
Sorenson and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.
