The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular/in the Commission Room, City Hall
session
Building, Friday evening, January 11th, 1946, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Those being present were
Mayor Healy, Commissioner Sorenson, Commissioner Lowe, City Manager Quinnell, City A ttorne y
Aitken, Director of Finance Walter Davis and the Clerk, when the following proceedings were

The minutes of the last regular session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner
Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the minutes be approved as read, and the mo-
tion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those vo ting Aye being Mayor Healy,
Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.
Applications for City Licenses
The following applications for City Licenses were presented and read:

Beer License were also presented and read. It was moved by Commissioner Lowe, see onded by
Commissioner Sorenson that the applications be approved and the licenses issued and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor Healy,
Commissioner Sorenson and Comrniesioner Lows; thos e vot ing No, none.
Reports
The following reports for the month of December, 1945 were also presented and read:
Director of Finance Ci ty Engineer Chief of Police
Building Inspector for November and December, 1945. Nursery School
and the following annual reports for 1945 were also presented and read:
Water Collector Ceme tery Board.
It was moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Lowe that the reports
be accepted and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote;
those voting Aye being Mayor Healy, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Lowe; those vo ting
No, none.
Appointments
The Manager stated that the Bozeman Woman's Club had recommended Mr& Elizabeth Johnston
I as their representative on the City Recreation Board, and read a communication from the
Chamber of Commerce recommending Walter Chauner as their representative on the Recreation
Board, whereupon, Mayor Healy announced the appoin tment of Wal ter Chauner and Mrs. Elizabeth
Johnston as members of the Recreation Board for three year terms expiring January 1st, 1949.
Itwas moved by Commissioner Sorenson, seconded by Commissioner Lowe the t the appointements
be approved and the motion was carried by the fo llowi ng Aye and No yo te; those voting Aye
being Mayor Healy, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none.

Adjournment
There betng no further buainess to come before the Commission at this ti me , it was
moved by Commissioner Lowe, seconded by Commissioner Sorenson that the meeting adjourn and
tbe motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote; those voting Aye being Mayor
Healy, Commissioner Sorenson and Commissioner Lowe; those voting No, none. I
