This is to inform you that the Bozeman City Commission will be holding a public
hearing on Monday,July 24, 2017 to consider creating a payback district which
includes three parcels that you own. They are C.O.S. 792, C.O.S 252 and Lot 1, Block
2,Allison Subdivision Phase 3A. The payback is for the construction of the local
share of Graf Street between South 15th Avenue and MacNab Street.All of the
documents pertinent to the payback can be viewed on the City Webpage,
Commission Calendar,which has a linked copy of the Agenda for that night's
meeting. The Commission will be taking public comment on this item at that
meeting.
